No, Vidya Vikas Universal College BCom admissions are not entrance-based. The college selects students on the basis of Class 12 marks only. Students do not have to appear for any entrance test.

Students do not have to give any entrance exam for admissions in the course. The selections are completely merit based. All applicants have to register on the official Kerala University website. After this, an application form has to be submitted to the college.

As per the data available on shiksha, MCC offers the course in two specialisations while SPDC offers only one course. The total fee may be less for SPDC in compared to the other college.
