Getting a BCom seat at Narsee Monjee College of Commerce & Economics is a simple process. Firstly, students must apply for the preferred course. After applying, they must participate in the seat allocation process. The seats are allocated based on students performance in the BCom programme. BMS Institute of Technology and Management offers five specialisations under its BCom programme. Some of these specialisations are Economics, Management & Finance, Economics & Analytics, and more. Out of all, the highest number of seats are offered under the BCom (General) course. Thus, students have a higher chance of getting  a seat in this course compared to others.

After closing the admission portal, NMCCE's selection committee begins the counselling process. Thus, students who have registered and wish to take admission must participate in the subsequent counselling process. In this process, the BMS seats are allocated based on the marks obtained by candidates in Class 12 examinations and the availability of seats.
