After getting successfully registered for the course, students must have provide required documents to college for verification purpose. These are the documents, that both Indian and International students required for admission to BCom at Gandhinagar University:
- Recent passport size photographs (five).
- Certified copy of original mark sheet and certificates of all passed examinations. Class 12/ Intermediate / Senior Secondary / Higher Secondary
- School Leaving Certificate
- Birth Certificate or an Examination Certificate showing DOB.
- Medical Fitness Certificate
- Migration Certificate (if applicable) in original

Yes, Mahatma Jyoti Rao Phoole University does offer scholarships for its BCom course. The university provides Means-cum-Merit Financial Assistance to its students. Candidates must secure a valid score in their last qualifying exam to be eligible for the scholarship. The student who has secured 60 to 70% marks, will get a 10% Scholarship on tuition fees, and the student who has secured 71 to 80% marks, will get a 12.5% Scholarship on tuition fees.

After the completion of the BCom application form at Gandhinagar University, candidates are required to submit the registration fee, which is equivalent to application fee and one-time charge. This fee is a mandatory requirement to be submitted at the time of admission processing. After candidates get the offer letter from the university on their email, then they need to pay the registration fee. This fee is really important because it confirms candidates admission and makes sure they're officially enrolled in the BCom programme at Gandhinagar University.
