Students pursuing BCom (Hons) at Doon Business School are eligible to apply for merit-based scholarships. These scholarships are provided on the basis of the candidate's performance in Class 12 or CUET. A student can avail of these scholarships as a percentage of tuition fee, according to the rate/percentage applicable to them, based on their score in Class 12 or CUET. Apart from the merit-based scholarships, a special scholarship is provided as a fee waiver of 25% to the students with a Domicile of Uttarakhand. At Doon Business School, a candidate can seeking to withdraw from a course is eligible for fee refund. The candidate and their parent, are required to apply for the withdrawal. Refund of fees/charges shall be considered as per the following policies:
- For a student seeking a refund before the last date*, the entire fees paid will be refunded. However, INR 1000 will be deducted as the processing charges
- For a student seeking a refund after the last date*, only the security amount will be refunded, after deducting INR 1000 as the processing charges
*The last date to apply for the refund is notified as per the directions of AICTE/UGC.

As per the Sardar Patel University official website, there are no specific marks mentioned for BCom admission. However, candidates must have at least 40-45% for admission to the BCom course. At SPU the BCom eligbility criteria requires candidates to have twelve years of school education 'conducted by the Gujarat Higher Secondary Education Board or an examination of any other statutory examination of any other University or examination body recognised as equivalent.'

As per the Sardar Patel University admission guidelines, BCom admission is entirely based on the merit lists. The merit lists are prepared on the basis of student sperformance in the last qualifying exam. However, the BCom course is offered across the affiliated colleges of SPU, which might have a different admission procedure. Therefore, candiates must make sure to check out the admission process of the college by visiting their official websites.

Yes, a candidate whose result for Class 12 has not yet released can apply for early admissions at Doon Business School. They can register themselves on the official website of the institute. Upon registration, students are evaluated on the basis of their academic performance in Class 11 and the DBS University Entrance Examination. The will also have to appear for an online interview during the evaluation process. Doon Business School admission is expected to begin in August 2026. Candidates who want to get into this university can apply online by visiting official website of the University provided, they clear the eligibility rules. The eligibility criteria state that students should have passed Class 12 with at least 60 percent marks, and must have appeared for the CUET UG entrance exam.
