Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University has not released the placement report for the year 2024. However, according to the NIRF report 2024, 24 UG programme students were placed during the PRSU placements in the year 2023 and, the median package for UG (three-year) programme stood at INR 2.40 LPA.

PRSU BCom scholarships can be availed by students who belong to the SC/ ST/ OBC category. These financial assistance and scholarships are provided in the form of reimbursement of tuition and other fees by the Institution, Government and, non-government bodies and, industries.

The total number of BCom seats offered by the PRSU and its affiliated college/ institution is 10,680. However, the highest number of BCom seats are offered by Mahant Laxmi Narayan Das College i.e. 1800. After this college, the Government Mahaprabhu Vallabhacharya Post Graduate College offers 520 seats in BCom courses. Yes, Pandit Ravi Shankar University in Raipur, Chattisgarh follows seat reservations for BCom courses. The reservation of seats will be made as per govt. Rules for SC/ST/OBC/PH category. In case no candidate is eligible /available for admission under the reserved category the seats will be treated as unreserved and will be made available for general category candidates. Additionally, the university also reserves seats for domicile students.

PRSU BCom course admission is entirely merit-based. The admissions are made on the basis of marks obtained by candidates in the Class 12 examination. Candidates who have passed the Class 12 or equivalent examination from a recognised board with a minimum of 50% aggregate specially in commerce stream can get admission to the BCom programme.

Candidates have to fill out an application form. The University accepts applications via both online and offline modes. For an offline application, candidates can visit the university campus and, to register online, candidates have to visit the official website of the university, click on the registration, download the form, fill out the application form, upload the documents, pay the application fee of INR 400 through online mode and, submit the application form.

Currently, the university has concluded its admission for the academic batch 2024. Further, as more than 100 colleges & institutions are affiliated with the university so, the admission dates for each institution can vary. However Pt. Ravi Shankar Shukla University will soon release the admission dates for the 2025 batch of BCom courses. It is suggested that candidates frequently visit the university's official website to be updated.
