Yes, girls can do deck and cadet after BCom. The merchant navy is the international shipping industry that transports goods and people around the world. Deck cadets are responsible for the navigation and operation of ships, while cadet officers are responsible for the safety and well-being of passengers and crew. To become a deck cadet or cadet officer after BCom is to apply for a cadetship with a shipping company. Shipping companies often offer cadetships to graduates with a BCom or other relevant degree.
