Hey, while your academics are bad you can still salvage them with a good CAT percentile.
While Tier 1 Institutes are tough to crack at this marks, you can easily get into tier 2 colleges such as below with 90-95+ Percentile in CAT:

The cutoff required for B.Com in loyola is based on you that how you performed in all subject in class 12 you should above 60%.you should score high marks on your major subject but there is really huge competition for commerce courses.according to the last year the cuttoff was approx 83-87% for BCom program.
