The merit-based admissions are usually given to management quota students at SRMCEM. To get admission into the BCom course, applicants are required to complete certain eligibility criteria, in which the first is that applicants must complete their Class 12 from a relevant stream with an aggregate of 60%. Additionally, applicants must have studied Commerce/ Economics/ Mathematics as one of the subjects.
