City college of management and technology comes under the well known private colleges of India. With good infrastructure, they also offer good placements to the students. For course like Bcom(hons) CCMT would be a good choice.

You can opt for B.Com if you want to explore a career in finance, accounting and other in-depth commerce subjects. BBA is an excellent option if you want a career in management across sectors or to establish the basics of entrepreneurship. So it depend on your interest which course you want to pursue. But to the best of much knowledge Pearl academy doesn't offer bba or bcom so check accordingly.
