You have Very Good work Experience as compared to a lot of people, its your plus point so in whatever field you worked for 12 years, choose MBA field according to that ex. If its in finance, go for MBA finance you can also choose minor specialisations as well.

Hey Gungun the fee structure at S.S.L.N.T. Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Dhanbad for B.com is around INR 15000 annually and for full year course duration scholarship of INR 28800 is also given to meritorious students so just go for it
