No one is going to ask you anything. You will have to take admission on the basis of your last Certificate. Lets assume you are taking drop in your graduate course then your 12th Mark sheet will be used. They may ask you like what you did in the interval. You can answer with anything or you can tell the truth too, that you dropped out if the reasons of dropping out is positive. Just do not waste the step you are taking. Do something very needful.
