Candidates must make sure they have the necessary Senior Secondary Examination credentials and must have received at least a 50% in the qualifying exam. The age restriction for the BDes programme at different institutions must also be followed by candidates. For the World University of Design, the WUD Entrance Score required for B.Des is 70-79.9%. Additionally, there is a requirement of an aggregate of 187.5-92.4% in 10+2 of CBSE or equivalent.

MSAP was established in 1978 and NITTE Institute of Architecture was established in 2015

Both of the colleges are private colleges

MSAP has NIRF ranking NIRF 23' = 25 but NITTE don't have any NIRF ranking yet.

MSAP has median salary of 3.20 Lacs also the fees for MSAP is lesser than the NITTE

CoA
Grade 'A+' AICTE, CoA

So by looking at the given conditions the MSAP also has more experience as it was estabilished earlier hence also has more affiliation and rankings then NITTE, So MSAP is better option than NITTE (in my opinion)
