In order to secure a place in the Pearl Academy Bangalore BDes program, candidates need to first finish Class 12 and submit the application form and application fee. Candidates have to appear for the GPT as part of the entrance test, followed by a PI round if shortlisted. Additionally, 90 seats are provided by the institute for its BDes course. Candidates are requested to submit their applications early to confirm their seats for their desired course.

The primary eligibility requirement for admission to the BDes course at Jindal School of Design and Architecture is that candidates must complete their Class 12 with a minimum aggregate of 50%. Additionally, a minimum of 50% marks in any of the following recognised design entrance examinations—Jindal Creative Aptitude Test or submission of NID/ UCEED score. Moreover, for one of the BDes courses of the Jindal School of Design & Architecture—BDes in Interior Environment Westminster Pathway—candidates are also required to achieve a decent score in IELTS too.

Indian Institute of Art and Design offers BDes in various specialisations for the duration of 4 years. The Institute offers admission to the respective course on the basis of merit and IIAD Entrance Exam. Candidates must secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Class 12 in any stream secured from a recognised board. The Institute offers BDes for the total tuition fees worth INR 23.2 Lakh.
