Hello Vishwanath, normally speaking, admissions to engineering colleges in any state or in centrally funded institutions is based on some or the other entrance exam. Notable exception is Tamil Nadu where admissions are given based on marks obtained in 12th. Some deemed to be universities also give admission to merit holders of different boards directly without any entrance exam. But for rest, it's either JEE Mains or state CET or institution's own CET. Best wishes to you.

Hello Rakesh, it's definitely a good wish and a dream also to get admission for an engineering degree in computer sciences or information technology. However these days a student needs to appear for some or the other entrance exam before he can seek admission. You have not mentioned about any of the exams that you may have appeared. In this case I would suggest that you can think of seeking admission under the management quota of the private colleges. But for this you will need to approach them individually for the details of admission process and the fees that is required to be paid. Best wishes to you.
