Usually, students in the management quota for BE at East West College of Engineering do not get merit scholarships. These fee discounts are mostly for students who join through the regular merit rounds. However, you can still look for external scholarships from the government or private groups. The college office can tell you which outside scholarships they accept.

HWR Berlin does not have any strict GPA requirements for awarding scholarships to Indian students. However, a 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale is usually seen as the bare minimum that students need to meet for merit-based financial aid at the Berlin School of Economics & Law.
