The fees varies from college to college from some thousand to close to Lacs per year. You will have to go through the prospectus of the course provided by the college to know more about the admission procedure, eligibility criteria, fees etc.

B.Ed Course Eligibility is
A minimum aggregate score of 50% in graduation is a requisite for admission. A minimum aggregate score of 55% at post-graduate level is mandatory for admission into colleges for the B.Ed curriculum.

Because you have not written about the subjects studied at graduation level. However, the eligibility criteria of KVS PGT is given below for an assessment. PGT Biology Eligibility: Master's degree in Botany/ Zoology/ Life Sciences/ Bio Sciences/ Genetics/ Micro Biology/ Bio-Technology/ Molecular Biology/ Plant Physiology provided they have studied Botany and Zoology at Graduation level and B.Ed. While for TGT Science require a Bachelor's degree in Botany, Zoology, and Chemistry+ B.Ed.

You are eligible, but for government schools, clearing TET/TGT exams is mandatory. Two types of the exam is conducted by TET:-
Primary stage (For becoming teachers from class I to V). Elementary stage (For becoming teachers from class VI to VIII). If you have completed 12th or its equivalent exam from a recognised board with above 50% marks then you are eligible for the Primary stage TET exam. If you have completed a graduate degree from a recognized university then you are eligible for Elementary stage TET exam. There is no age criteria for TET exam.
