B Ed distance education has been stopped by most of the universities for general public .It is now academic degree ,not valid for teaching job .Other jobs one can apply .Those who had joined as teacher earlier with out B Ed can complete by private study or Distance .The govt had made regular BEd compulsory for all .

Hi,
After completing your B.Ed, you will have to qualify for the TET/CET exams. After this, you can apply for teaching jobs. For teaching out of India better go for professorship after doing Ph.D. There process is very difficult. You have to be a recognized doctorate by publishing researches etc.
