Yes, you can apply for B.Ed from IGNOU as you were primary teacher but first of all please check the eligibility as they ask for two-year experience. If you fulfill the eligibility criteria, then you can apply tor the same.

A minimum aggregate score of 50% in graduation is a requisite for admission. A minimum aggregate score of 55% at post-graduate level is mandatory for admission into colleges for the B.Ed curriculum.
