Applications are through IGNOU website, register yourself as a new student and then select your regional study center and course, then pay for it.

There is no maximum age limit to pursuing B.Ed course but in general you can apply in between 21yr-35yr.
But for many correspondence B.ED courses there is no age limit generally. There are minimum Eligibility for Correspondence B.ED:-
1. 2years of experience in teaching in a school recognized by the GOVT.
2.GRADUATION/POST GRADUATION from the recognized university.
3.50% to 55% marks in graduation.
4.NO AGE LIMIT.

For BEd you should complete your Bachelor's degree, then you can do B.Ed.
