If they provide integrated course then definitely you can apply. The integrated M.Sc. + B.Ed in chemistry, the process is you have to appear for CUCET and admission is based on the counseling and score obtained in CUCET. No, as the minimum eligibility criteria for pursuing B.Ed:
Candidates with at last 50% marks either in the Bachelors's Degree and/or in the Master's degree in sciences/ social sciences/ humanities/Bachelors's in engineering or technology with specialization in Science and mathematics with 55%. You can do post-graduation and get 55%minimum then you will be eligible for the same.

The admission to all the distance mode courses is direct. Candidates have to visit the respective study centre with required documents & marks sheet. Final admission will be performed on first come first serve basis followed by analysis marks obtained in the qualifying degree.

Yes, you can apply for B.Ed course. And it is depend on schools where you are going to apply for teaching post because now a days there is mandatory for teachers to be a B.Ed degree holder and with CTET exam as well.
