Yes, B.Sc MLT is also a graduate degree. So, you are eligible for the same. But you have to fulfill minimum percentage criteria. Good luck.

Candidates who want to take admission need to complete graduation and Post-graduation with 50% and for those who has done B.Tech, B.Sc and B.Sc Mathematics with 55% can apply. So, you are eligible for this course.

If you are interested in the teaching field, then you can pursue B.Ed. There are various fields, if you pursue MA after completing BA, I think MA will be a better option for you. After completing MA, you can pursue B.Ed too.

50% is minimum for general category students and 45% is required for reserved category students. If you have teaching experience, then you may be preferred. So, you can try accordingly.

Both courses are good. It depends on your career priority which one you choose first. If you want to teach the students of the primary school, B.Ed is good, but if you are looking for high school and college level then M.Sc is also a good option.

Yes, you can apply for B.Ed. The minimum qualification required for entry into B.Ed course is Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) or Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) form a recognised board/university with at least 50%.
