Yes, You will get admission in M.Ed as you have 60% in B.Ed. To get admission in M.Ed only %of B.Ed is considered.

Yes, you are eligible for the course as minimum percentage for the course is 50% in graduation or in Master's degree.

Hi Nagesh Reddy,
Educational qualification to become a PUC lecturer is that the candidate should have completed a Masters Degree course in the second division with minimum 55% marks in the concerned subject.
Should have done Bachelors in Education or an equivalent degree. These are mandatory requirements to become a PUC lecturer.

B.Ed is a course that is mandatory for those who are willing to join regular and standard Teaching at Schools. It is also a mandatory requirement of Government Jobs and shall remain an integral condition of the selection process. B.Ed. Is offered in Two Modes these days. If the course is available, then of course, you can do it. But I would not suggest pursuing an Integrated course as it you will have to commit to it and you may not be able to change it later. Hence, I would suggest thinking about it before you take admission.
