Yes, you can apply for B.Ed. The minimum percentage of marks required for applying for the B.Ed course is 50%. There will be relaxations allowed in case of the percentage of marks for the reserved category candidates. The candidates who belong to the reserved categories namely SC/ST/OBC needs to score only 45% marks. The selection will be based on the percentage of marks secured in the entrance examination. As your score is less than 45% mark you cannot apply.

Since you have done your B.Sc in agriculture, it will be good if you pursue your higher studies in the same field, changing your field now will interfere with your studies. I would suggest you to do further post-graduation in agriculture.

B.Ed in Jadavpur University admissions are Sept 18 and last was Sept 20. For freshers, the age limit is 35 years.
