As you are a student of science, you can choose general science, math, computer science, social science and English. These subjects are learned in B.Ed as method papers. You need not to worry about choosing any subject because each subject covers minimum level of knowledge through which you will learn how to teach a subject in a class systematically.

You can do B.Ed through correspondence course. The eligibility criteria for B.Ed correspondence course for applying in entrance exam are: Graduation from any recognized university with at least 50% marks and 2 years of experience in teaching in a school recognized by the government.Correspondence B.Ed course can be done from Annamalai University, Madurai Kamaraj University, Bangalore University, Andhra University, Kakatiya University, IGNOU, etc.

Yes, you are eligible for the NET examination as per the qualification.
The eligibility criteria for the National Eligibility Test is post graduation degree with minimum 55% marks from any recognized university or institutes of India.
As you are post graduated in MA, you can appear for the NET exam. If you want to go for the fellowship award through the NET exam then you must fulfill the age limit criteria. The candidates must be below 28 years old. There is 5 years age relaxation for the reserved category candidates.
There is no age limit criteria for the the assistant professor posts.
The NET exam is proposed to conduct twice in the year

Social studies or social science comprises different subjects i.e History , Geography and Political science (class 6th to class 8th ) and for class 9th and class 10th, economics is also added. So, if you have sufficient knowledge in any of the above subject, you can be a teacher for social studies. But, you need to make yourself updated about recent changes and information.

Perhaps it may be difficult for you to be a PGT economics because MA in Economics is compulsory to be a PGT economics.

No, it is not possible for you to appear in any TET without B.Ed or any other diploma. Either one or both of them are compulsory for TET.

Yes, you must go for M.Ed. It helps you to get promotion to higher position or you can apply for post of principal after few years.

For doing B.Ed minimum 50% is compulsory everywhere, but if you belong to general category then you can apply for B.Ed. You can apply in any university as these universities are equivalent.

You can pursue B.Ed, after doing B.Sc (agriculture), as minimum qualification for B.Ed is to finish graduation with 50% marks or it may vary.

B.Ed is better than NTT or Basic Teaching Training. It will open more avenues and broad avenues for you. If you have done B.Ed, you can go from pre-primary to senior but with NTT or BTC, you are only eligible for primary section. So, B.Ed is better.
