If you want to choose teaching profession, then B.Ed is necessary. But if you have D.El.Ed then you do not require B.Ed.
But remember, without B.Ed, you have to be satisfied with teaching only at the elementary level.

Why do you want to do B.Ed twice? It would be better if you did M.Ed from any university. B.Ed from any university has the same value everywhere in the country as long as you have done it from a recognised university.

Hi,
As per NCTE norms, regular teachers working in primary, middle, secondary or higher secondary schools in Tamilnadu, recognised by State/Central government, with a minimum of two years teaching experience are only eligible for admission into Annamalai University Distance Education B.Ed course.

You need to check the same with the college itself as they do not disclose the syllabus of the entrance exam online.

First decide on the college in which you wish to apply. Check with the college/ university if you are be eligible to apply with a backlog. Some institutes may accept your application but would ask you to have clear result at the time of admission.

The minimum eligibility for appearing for TGT exam is either you should have a 4 years integrated degree course from NCERT with minimum 50% marks in the concerned subject as well as in the aggregate or a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from a recognised university with minimum 50%.
