Any degree obtained from an UGC approved university is valid for all the states of India. Degrees are not subjective to state approvals.

Both are different fields. An educational institute will give you job on the basis of B.Ed and for them it doesn't matter whether you have done MBA or something else. A corporate will hire you on the basis of your quality and your performance in the campus placement so they care least if you are a B.Ed holder.
