Yes, you can do B.ed. But, your 12th marks will be considered for the same. It is advised to go for M.ed after B.Sc.

Due to very high competition no one can guarantee u the even after doing B.Ed. u will get a government job.
To get a government job after B.Com u need to check out for government exams. select few of them rather concetrating on one. Plan Your studies accordingly. Don't be so panic. keep working hard.

It is an option incase you wish to pursue your career in a management job, however if you wish you pursue teaching then opt for M.PHil, PhD etc.

First of all think positive. marks are important fo secure admission. but you cannot consider yourself failure in life. As in jobs no matter what grade you get salary is same for fresher who gets 70% or 50 %. For B.Ed to get admission you need to get above 55%. but you can opt for Ecced to teach primary section. The most important is your hard work and sincerity which help to climb the ladder of success so all the best and be positive

I you are from Mumbai or maharashtra then B.Ed from IGNOU is not valid in maharashtra.
