Don't worry, I can help you. You can still get admission to the B.Ed course at DU. You can check if DU conducts any other entrance exams for the B.Ed course. You can also check if DU offers admission to the B.Ed course on the basis of merit. If so, you can check the eligibility criteria and the cut-off marks for the B.Ed course. If you meet the eligibility criteria and the cut-off marks, you can apply for admission to the B.Ed course. If you are still unsure about the admission process, you can talk to a career counselor who can help you make a decision.

No, GJUST admission is entirely merit-based for B.Ed course. In case, a candidate has also passed the master’s degree examination after the bachelor’s degree, the higher percentage of marks obtained either in UG or PG degree will be taken into consideration while determining the merit. However, if two or more candidates have obtained equal marks, the following procedure will be used for the preparation of their merit.

  • Candidate senior in age will be given first preference
  • If tie still persists, then marks obtained in Class 12 will be considered
  • If tie still persists, then marks in Class 10 will be considered to break the tie
