GJUST B.Ed Eligibility & Highlights 2024
B.Ed is a two-year course divided into four semesters. GJUST offers B.Ed in regular mode at the PG level. After completing graduation, candidates can apply for the B.Ed course. The selection to the B.Ed course is based on merit list prepared by the university.

A pass in bachelor's degree and/ or in the master’s degree in Sciences/ Social Sciences/ Humanity with at least 50% aggregate is required to apply for GJUST B.Ed course. Candidates who have passed Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technology with specialisation in Science and Mathematics with a minimum of 55% aggregate or any other qualification equivalent thereto can also apply for the B.Ed course.

GJUST B.Ed Admission Dates 2025
As per the 2025 schedule, GJUST admissions for B.Ed begin in August. Candidates are required to fill up the form by the end of August. Below section will be updated once the GJUST admission dates are out.
GJUST B.Ed Admission Process 2025: How to Apply?
GJUST admission process includes multiple steps such as registration, selection and counselling. Aspirants must participate at every steps to take admission. Below are the steps to follow for admission to GJUST:
STEP 1: GJUST B.Ed Application Process 2025
The mode of application is online. Candidates need to pay an application fee of INR 1,000 for General Category (INR 750 for EWS category). SB/ SC candidates of Haryana have to pay an application fee of INR 625. The fee is inclusive of counselling fee. Check below the steps to apply for GJUST B.Ed admission:
Step 1: Visit the official website, gjust.ac.in.
Step 2: Click on 'Admission' on the Home page.
Step 3: Register with the basic details to generate login credentials.
Step 4: Login to fill out the application form and upload the documents.
Step 5: Pay the application fee and submit the form.
Documents required at the time of application
- Scanned latest photograph (in jpeg, jpg or png format only), photograph dimension (dpi: 200 and size: 20-50 kb)
- Scanned Signatures (in jpeg, jpg or png format only), signatures dimension (dpi: 200 and size : 20-50 kb)\
- Scanned copy of the Reserved Category Certificate, if the candidate is paying registration fee of INR 625 for application form
STEP 2: Selection
GJUST selects candidates for B.Ed programme based on merit in the last qualifying exam. Candidates must hold the proof of their eligibility for verification at later stages of admission.
STEP 3: Counselling and Seat Allotment
Once the selection rounds are over, shortlisted candidates are called for counselling. Aspirants are required to lock their preferences. The list of seat allotment will be available on the official website of the university. Selected candidates need to pay programme fee to confirm their seat in the university.

GJUST Govt. aided colleges have an intake of 200 whereas, it is 300 for self-financing colleges.The intake is limited. Hence, candidates must fulfil the eligibility requirement to take admission in B.Ed programme of GJUST. Out of the total intake, 15% seats are distributed under All India Category and 85% under Bonafide Residents of Haryana. Below is category-wise reservation for Bonafide Residents of Haryana:
