Year of your +2 passing does not matter to get admission in B.Sc+B.Ed. For B.Sc, you are eligible. For B.Ed, you have to write an entrance exam.

Candidates who have cleared Class XII in Science, Commerce, or Arts stream with at least 50% aggregate marks (45% marks for SC/ ST/ PH category candidates) meet RIE CEE 2019 eligibility criteria for B.A. B.Ed course. There is no age limit for B.Sc B.Ed after 18 years. You can take admission anytime. Best of luck.
