Hi,
Students having qualification or pursuing final year of any of the teacher education courses (recognized by the NCTE or by the RCI, as the case may be) can appear in the respective category for which he/ she is eligible. As you are in first year of B.Ed, you can't fill up the form. For more details information you can see below link:

OTET qualification of primary teachers Paper I (Category A: Class 12th with 50% of marks.
The applicants must have D. EI. Ed or B. EI. Ed with at least 50% of marks. As per the new NCTE rules, B.Ed graduates are also eligible for primary teacher posts. Therefore, B.Ed graduates with at least 50% of marks can apply for OTET Paper I exam. For reserved category candidates, there will be 5% relaxation in the marks. OTET qualification for Class 6 to 8 Teachers Paper II (Category B):The applicant must be a B.Sc, B.Com, BA, BE/B.Tech graduate with at least 50% of marks. Yes, B.Sc B.Ed course is available in Mohanlal Sukhadia University:
Eligibility: 10+2 with minimum 48% mark.
Admission is offered on the basis of merit in the last qualifying examination. Selected candidates need to appear for the counseling round for final confirmation of the seat. Thanks.
