After completing a BPEd, you can work as a physical education teacher, sports coach, fitness trainer, gym instructor, or recreation director. There are also opportunities in government jobs, armed forces, and sports academies. With higher studies like MPEd, you can become a lecturer or researcher in physical education.

BPEd gives a deeper understanding when it comes to physical education studies. Since the curriculum is deeper and holds more value, the career scope become wider for the graduates. Also, since the duration of the course is comparatively longer, it is chosen by the candidates who wish to go for long-term career advancements.
But, if we talk about a D.P.Ed, it is a diploma course, which is a shorter course in duration. It provides a quicker entry in the industry and does not hold that much advanced and deep knowledge in the curriculum. Although, it is great for candidates who want to enter the working field quickly, it can be a limitation

For teaching profession, B.Ed is now compulsory. So, B.Ed is mandatory after b.p.ed to become a teacher.
