Yes you can do this. But you have to start from beginning again in distance mode. You don't have a chance to resume from wherever you have left. Do please again think about this and ACT widely and accordingly.

For the fee structure simply. Go the the official site of the college and browse your course you ll find BPED in the list and download the brochure you will. Get all the infr regarding you specified course

B.Ed is not available in osmania university. You can check for other courses like B.Ed M.Ed M.P.Ed etc. Or you can apply for other colleges to do B.Ed.

Any graduate of Bangalore college or of some other college identified by using the Bangalore college as equivalent thereto who is bodily healthy and satisfies any of the subsequent conditions could be eligible for admission to B.P.Ed. Diploma direction. Hope this helps!
