To apply for the B.P.Ed course candidates must have finished their third year of degree from recognised colleges or university in Andhra Pradesh. They must be a minimum of 19 as on July 1, 2025. Candidates will have to submit their pass certificate during counselling for final admission.
For the D.P.Ed. course candidates must be of a minimum 16 years as on July 1, 2025, and they must have passed intermediate or similar course approved by the Andhra Pradesh government. Candidates who are in their final year can also apply provided they will have to submit their qualifying certificate during counselling.

The admission notice for B.P.Ed. at Lakshmibai National Institute of Physical Education (LNIPE) in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, was dated April 22, 2024. The registration for the physical and skill test for B.P.Ed. was also dated April 19, 2024. Looking at these dates, we can say that the admission for the 2025 session will also be done during April.
