B.pharm Admission Process

To finish the Oriental College of Pharmacy BPharm admission process, candidates need to provide the copies of the below mentioned documents:

• High School Marksheet/Certificate
• Higher Secondary Marksheet/Certificate.
• Caste Certificate issued by competent authority (for M.P domicile candidates)
• Domicile issued by competent authority (for M.P domicile candidates)
• Original T.C
• Original Migration
• 06 recent colored passport size photograph.

Before submitting the BPharm admission form to Silver Oak College of Pharmacy, candidates must ensure that the following documents have been attached to the form:

• Class 10th and Class 12th marksheet as well as passing certificate
• Entrance exam scorecard
• Migration certificate
• Transfer certificate
• Scanned images of candidate's signature
• ID and address proof

Counselling is one of the admission stages where students get a provisional admission for BPharm programme at Jagannath University, 2025. This stage also includes document verification which is important because authenticity of the uploaded documents is necessary. Students are advised to carry both original and photocopies of all the required documents. Only after a successful counselling process, students are admitted ino the university. 

Step one is registration. Students need to register online on ACPC Gujarat official website. Fill the form carefully, double check all details. After that, upload documents like your Class 12 marksheet, passport photo and signature. Make sure scanned copies are clear. Once docs are done, pay the registration fee online so your form is fully submitted.

After the shortlisting process, selected candidates must present original and self-attested photocopies of documents for verification purposes at the university. Such candidates are required to bring along the following documents:

• TC
• Class 10 marksheet
• Nativity Certificate (if applicable)
• First graduate certificate and First Graduate Joint Declaration (if applicable)
• Special Reservation form (s) with relevant certificate (s) if applicable
