Dear Friend,
I am not in the same field. But after getting your queries, I have done some research, but unfortunately, I am not getting the cut-off of previous years from none of the pages.
So, my suggestion is to call the admin of the college and ask them your queries. I think they will guide you what to do & if you are not also eligible then they will also tell you.

Eligibility Criterion:
Eligibility criterion for admission through lateral entry differs according to University. Eligibility requirement for some of the well known Universities is mentioned below. Admission to the programme is based on the scores obtained in qualifying exam as well as in interview. Some institutes such as Shobhit University conduct entrance exam for admission process. If you are planning for a Bachelor's degree in Criminology, then you must have completed your higher secondary schooling in Arts or Science. The basic criterion of eligibility needed to be met for admission to the course is a Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent qualification from a recognised educational board with Physics, Chemistry and Biology and/ or Maths as main subjects and a minimum aggregate score of 55%.
