The criteria would differ from college to college. Some colleges might conduct an entrance exam while others might just consider admission on the basis of merit. Hence, please mention the name of the college for a better guidance.

There is no cut-off as such however the eligibility criteria varies from course to course. If the eligibility criteria mention that the candidate should have studied a certain subject in 11th & 12th then your performance in the said subject becomes an important factor, however, there are exceptions for this case too. You are eligible for B.Sc, but pursue B.Tech rather than B.Sc, because B.Sc is 3 year graduate degree course, while B.Tech is 4 year technical degree course. Since you have done Diploma, you could get admission in 2nd year direct by lateral entry schemes and could pursue 4 year of course only in 3 year. Value of B.Tech is more as compare to B.Sc.

You have to score above 80% in 12th science from a recognized board. I too am trying to apply admission in this college. And if you had passed through Maharashtra Board, then you will get into this college with much relaxation in your percentage.

Please check for your eligibility to pursue a B.Sc. in Agriculture from College of Agriculture, Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth from the criteria mentioned below:
