For Nowrosjee Wadia College BSc admission, candidates need to be Class 12 pass from a recognised board in order to apply for this course. Direct admissions are offered to candidates based on their merit obtained in the previous qualifying exam. Later on, a merit list is prepared by the institute for the selected candidates. 

Candidats seeking admission to BSc course in Jadavpur University must have passed Class 12 from any recognised Board in Science with Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics. In addition, aspirant should have passed the qualifying exam with at least 75% aggregate (67.5% for OBC-A/OBC-B, 56.25% for SC/ST/PD/Sports category, and 40% for PD candidates). For admission to the BSc programme at INSD Kolkata, the candidate must have passed class 12. INSD Kolkata inducts candidates for the BSc programme based on their marks in class 12. Selected candidates are required to report to the admission cell at INSD Kolkata for document verification and fee payment leading to final seat allotment.
