No, NEET is not required for admission to the BSc MLT course. Unlike MBBS and other Medical degrees, most universities and colleges offering BSc MLT courses do not mandate NEET scores. Instead, admissions are typically based on merit in the 12th grade or through institution-specific entrance exams. 

Candidates must have completed their 12th grade with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as core subjects, securing a minimum percentage (usually 50-60%) as per the institution's requirements.

As the Tamilnadu state does not contain any entrance exam for the B.Sc courses, students can directly apply for the respected institute for the admission into B.Sc MLT. Or you can directly participate in the admission process conducted by the CMC college for that student must contain above 60% marks in intermediate. And you can also write NEET and CUET exams .
