As you have done Diploma in MLT, I'd suggest you to go for B.Sc. Microbiology, as there is a lot of scope in this field. After B.Sc. In MLT, you would be stuck to medical laboratories only, but with Microbiology, you will be eligible to apply for other industries too like pharma, clinical research, medical labs, food processing, dairy

I think you have to strictly focus on yours B.Sc Microbiology instead of looking for some short term useful courses. Because these courses can distract you from the original goal. B.Sc. Microbiology is a broad discipline that involves the study of the biology of bacteria, viruses, protozoa and fungi.
