These days a lot of labs are coming up which provide contract based research facilities to their customers, and they are demanding freshers to whom they'll train and hire, people can fetch jobs over there as well. Last but not the least if nothing works out academics will always have their backs.
Yes, but having a Master's degree after Bachelor's is highly recommend.

B.Sc in any branch of chemistry may not fetch you a good job. Moreover, you will not have a proper career growth. Masters in analytical chemistry will have a wide scope. You will have plenty of opportunities in pharmaceutical industries.

You should go for Master's course in the same field. Then you can get a good job in any company. You have another option that is MBA which is widely demanding field. You can opt for one of both the courses.
