For getting jobs abroad, you have to contact some immigration consultancy. You will have to give IELTS or TOEFL general for English proficiency. You ought to have a good band which would help you gather more points for the foreign country. You should have a very good academic score as well.

Both fields are very good. You have to choose which is your interesting subject. And develop your skill. Only grade will not help you to make career because its technical branch. And here year skill is important then grade.

Yes, you can do MBBS after B.Sc Nursing, but firstly, you have to clear NEET as it compulsory.

It would be better, if you appear after B.Sc, because then your 2 years would be saved, as it requires only a Bachelor's degree. With this strategy, you will get more time for preparation, and hence there are better chances of you cracking it.
