The options after B.Sc in Biotech would be to do your Master's degree and then do your doctoral studies if you wish to be in the area of Research or a job in academia. Some options are available for getting a job in the area of Production control or Quality Analyst in organizations such as Biocon, You should be really good with your basics on concepts such as Fermentation technology, Bio-remediation etc. However, its worthwhile doing your Masters and your doctoral studies Ph.D. and then trying for a job. There are no differences between the two. Every private institute runs according to their own way like cutoff marks for admission, admission fees, etc. But they must conduct the examination under a government-registered university, so it is equivalent with government (regional or central) institutes.

After B.Sc., you will have to apply for jobs at government organisations or private companies. If you do you UG from a good college then chances are that you will be placed easily. Otherwise, the best option is to sit for the JRF exam and pursue M.Sc. You will receive monthly grants from the government while doing your PG and after completing, you can be appointed to work as a junior researcher.

10+2 is the minimum educational requirement for any candidate who is looking to be a cabin crew. B.Sc. In hotel management will be an additional educational qualification but that is not going to add any additional preference to your selection. You may look for grooming classes / sessions conducted by various aviation academies and learn some foreign language which will help you to get an edge over others.
