After B.Sc Agriculture, you can work as:
Agriculture development officer, Administrative posts in government and non-government organizations. Self Employed (Establishing agriculture based small industries)
You can also join pvt. companies as sales officer or technical representatives in pesticide, fertilizer, SEED and irrigation systems companies etc. I would like to recommend you that you should pursue your B.Sc Agriculture, from a well renowned, reputed nationally or state wise university, in which chances of visit by agricultural companies is more for placements sessions.
