The best thing you can do after the completion of your graduation in B.Sc is to purse the post-graduation.
Aspirants who complete their post-graduation find many ways, easily, to chase their dreams.
You have to qualify an entrance examination to get admission in India's reputed institutes.
IIT JAM (Joint Admission Test for M.Sc.) is one of the well know entrance examinations through which candidates can get admissions in IITs or IISc.

After doing B.Sc in chemistry, botany and zoology, you can pursue M.Sc in any of these subjects. You can also think of doing your B.Ed; which will make you eligible for teaching in high schools. The options are vast and many. Once your post graduation is done prepare well for you NET/JRF/SLET; qualifying which will make you eligible for lectureship. After B.Ed, if you also do your M.Ed, you will be eligible for teacher training institutes. You can also think of studying genetics or other super specialized fields like plant anatomy, physiology, floriculture, neurobiology, biotechnology and biochemistry.

Candidates will be short listed for Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GD and PI) on the basis of CAT Percentile. The MBA Admission Committee may decide the minimum CAT Percentile as short listing criteria for different categories. Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) will be conducted at the Institute
Final selection will be made on the basis of CAT percentile and marks obtained in Group Discussion and Personal Interview

Graduation in any stream is the basic eligibility for MCA. The eligibility for qualifying marks in graduation differs from institute to institute. Most of the institutes require 45 to 50 % aggregate in qualifying exam for taking admission. Reserved categories get some relaxation in aggregate percentage.
Apart from this there is another prerequisite for taking admission in MCA degree; one must have studied Mathematics in 10+2 as a compulsory subject.
