B.Sc IT is a lower qualification for job in IT industry. You are advised to complete your education by doing M.Sc IT or CS for a meaningful career in Indian IT companies.

Hello Sandhya,
It is not mandatory to have experience to join Master's degree after completing B.Sc. However, it is recommended to at least have above 2 years of experience before opting for Master's degree. The market is over saturated with inexperienced candidates with Master's degree.
To get some experience will give you an upper hand at the time of placements as experienced candidates are more preferred by employers compared to inexperienced candidates.
I hope it helps. If you have any further questions, kindly revert.

These two are totally different courses, you can't compare them.
You should choose that one whichever suit your needs.
If you are interested in computer programming language and want to make career in this field then you must do BCA, otherwise B.Sc is also not bad.
The choice is yours.

It depends on your interest and your ability. If you have an interest in the science stream then go for PG i.e. M.Sc. There is a lot of scope for M.Sc graduates.
