Both courses have their own advantages but I suggest you to go for MBA because it will even help you to clear some government exams since B.Sc agriculture is a very good course.

Amity University offers B.Tech in bioinformatics course. It is a very niche branch of engineering with majority of job opportunities in R&D org. in India or abroad. B.Tech bioinformatics is a better option over B.Sc Bioinformatics.
