I can assure you that there is a lot of scope for law graduates, but since I'm not aware of the situation of B.Sc. IT I wouldn't comment on it. As for Law, you can
1. Pursue higher studies then become a professor
2. Practice as a lawyer in any field you specialise in
3. Write the UPSC exam.
4. Join the judicial services exam to become a magistrate.
5.Corporate lawyer or legal adviser of a company.
these are some of the options.

If I go with the job perspective, a lot of job openings are there for MCA students but pursuing an MCA after it will give you a lot of advantages while applying for MNCs.
Looking at the skills perspective, if you dream to be an app developer then you can jump start into app development. There are a number of courses available online like Coursera, Udacity, Udemy, etc. for learning.
