Hello Darpan,
I can assure you that there is a lot of scope for law graduates, but since I'm not aware of the situation of B.Sc. IT I wouldn't comment on it. As for Law, you can
1. Pursue higher studies then become a professor
2. Practice as a lawyer in any field you specialise in
3. Write the UPSC exam.
4. Join the judicial services exam to become a magistrate.
5.Corporate lawyer or legal adviser of a company.

After doing your B.Sc medical, I think MBA in health care management can be a better option.
Organic chemistry M.Sc. takes you to research based higher studies or jobs for that matter and MBA in healthcare management is a trending occupation whereas multi speciality hospital chains need people with good skills.

You can look at it with two perspectives. One for the job perspective and one for doing something creative.
If I go with the job perspective, a lot of job openings are there for MCA students but pursuing an MCA after it will give you a lot of advantages while applying for MNCs.
Looking at the skills perspective, if you dream to be an app developer then you can jump start into app development. There are a number of courses available online like Coursera, Udacity, Udemy, etc. for learning.
