With B.Sc IT degree you have all each got basic graduation degree to be a software engineer. You can get entry level jobs in small and medium IT companies now. It is recommended that for a good career you may do either MCA or M.Sc IT/CS from a good college.

You are not eligible to do M.Arch as the eligibility qualification for M.Arch is B.Arch degree in majority of colleges.

Lots of engineering colleges have the provision of lateral entry admission in the second year of engineering. B.Sc and engineering Diploma holders are eligible for lateral entry admissions. You are advised to consider Manipal Institute of Technology for lateral entry into B.Tech in CSE.
