Hello Sandhya,
It is not mandatory to have experience to join Master's degree after completing B.Sc. However, it is recommended to at least have above 2 years of experience before opting for Master's degree. The market is over saturated with inexperienced candidates with Master's degree.
To get some experience will give you an upper hand at the time of placements as experienced candidates are more preferred by employers compared to inexperienced candidates.

These two are totally different courses, you can't compare them.
You should choose that one whichever suit your needs.
If you are interested in computer programming language and want to make career in this field then you must do BCA, otherwise B.Sc is also not bad.
The choice is yours.

B.Sc IT graduates are hired by Medium and Small size IT companies in the role Developer and Tester in Application Development and Maintenance. Large IT companies hires B.Sc IT graduates for Application support roles. Graduates are also hired by IT department of enterprises for support, operations and development roles.

It depends on your interest and your ability. If you have an interest in the science stream then go for PG i.e. M.Sc. There is a lot of scope for M.Sc graduates.
