After completing B.Sc, you can go for further studies like M.Sc. or MCA or MBA. But if you are interested in Government jobs then you should prepare for Government Exams like - IBPS PO, IBPS Clerk, SSC CGL, Railway Exams.
In these Jobs the salary is high & these jobs are very comfortable.

you can join any institute and earn good income or open your own institute. so basically you can go for teaching career and not in research unless you do m.sc and go for research .

B.Sc hons + m.Sc can lead either to research or professor ship.

BCA is better than B.Sc. because there are many career opportunities in it . You will get very good job after BCA because computer is used in every field and computer specialists are in great demand now a days. After BCA , you can make your career in banking, and also many companies are taking BCA graduates or you can do MCA and after MCA, there are so many career options.
